Order fulfillment is all the steps a company takes between receiving a new order and placing that order into the customer’s hands. The practice involves warehousing, picking and packing the product, shipping it and sending an email to the customer to let them know the order is in transit.

1)Order fulfillment
Placing the order online has a number of advantages:
a) Orders can be registered at any time, being taken in the order of their registration;
b) The reservation of the products is made automatically at the registration of the order, if they have the status “In stock”;
c) You can check directly from your account the route of the order from its registration to delivery.
d) In case of emergency situations we remains fully operational and we will take all precautions to protect your order and delivery in safe conditions.

2)Storage
After 3PL-Pro receives your inventory, the items are then stored in dedicated warehousing storage locations, such pallets. Once all items in an order have been picked, we will securely packed them in our warehouse.
The packaging is made in optimal climatic conditions to protect the product.

3) Shipping
After the order is packed we will proceed to transport the order to you by our trucks.
